My Dream, My Future

Success means many wonderful positive things. It means personal prosperity- new gadgets, vacations, a fine home, travel, financial security. Success means winning! Achievement is the goal of life!

Every human being wants success. Everybody wants the best this life may bestow. Nobody enjoys crawling, living in mediocrity.

I really want success in the future! I wanna wear white jacket, black and white slocks, white shoes, with matching white cap! Yes! I want to be a chef someday! I want to produce new and unique styles of food and delicacies. I wanna be known all over the world, someday!:)

'I believe, I can," the very quotation I live for. For if there is the I-can-do-it phrase, the how-to-do-it develops.
CHANGE:It Starts With Me

'Nothing is permanent in this world exceot change itself." It means that, everything doesn't last forever and everything has expiration.

Speaking of change, have you noticed that you are changing? Of course you do, right? We are changing for good, not for bad. Even a very small thing within us changes, everyday, every hour, and every minute we are on Earth. Everyone and everything changes. We change!

Live life to the fullest. Improve our naion with no hesitation, CHANGE is the only solution, we must start it in our own.
KANNAWIDAN:Ilocos Trade Fair

The Ilocos Sur Trade Fair is over. For more than a week of displaying each municipalities' trademarks, many have enjoyed visiting the so called KANNAWIDAN.

As you enter the fair, the first that would catch your attention is its arc made of indigeneous materials. Continuing to follow the flow of the path, you can see the Ilocos Pride-the trademarks of each municipalities. There are the furnitures of San Vicente, abel of Vigan, and many souvenirs from different places. Different varieties of plants are also seen in the wonderful gardens.

The Kannawidan has imparted us lot of good memories but one thing is for sure, through this kind of fair, many have known Ilocos Sur deeper.

Vigan City Fiesta

"Viva!Vigan!"The unending shout of the audience, I can't forget during the Vigan City Fiesta.

In respect to Saint Paul, the patron saint of the very own heritage city, Vigan, different activities were held. There were the streetdancing, showdown, but there was one event I really enjoyed.

One of the highlights during the recently concluded Vigan City Fiesta which was held last 25th of January was the grand parade. We, the CAT officers joined the said parade because our presence was very much needed. hye parade started at the side of the Vigan Municipal Hall and continued until we reached the atarting place of the parade again.

The parade was so tiring, bit still, we enjoyed it because we were in our fatigue uniform with the beret, neckerchief, and gloves.

refLection: aLL abOut third quartEr:)

The first-half of the second semester is almost over. Few days more to go before the third periodical test.

How did I really spend my third quarter?!
Our focus for the previous months was all about the Microsoft Front page. In fact, we made our own front pages. We made one for Vigan City- all the things revolving around the heritage city. It took us many days, hours, minutes, seconds and much effort to do that because it was never easy to make one like that.

While making our front page, the biggest problem I've ever encountered was that, the computer suddenly shuts down even though I am not clicking on the shut down button. If I encounter that way, I'll restart the computer and I'll do what I've done unsaved, all over again!

Surpassing that challenge, I will not forget to save every single thing that I will make so I will not do the same thing again!

I Swear !:))

Three...Two..One.! The countdown is over! 2010 had gone. It's 2011! Another year had come into our lives! A year to alter every single mistake we had the previous year.

For this 2011, I need to improve the old me to be a better personality. First and foremost, I need to change my filthy characteristics. Some says I'm "suplada", others say I'm cruel. Well, I can't avoid these characteristics of mine, it's my nature! There are also attitudes I possess they hate. Well, I really want to change those, but how?!

I admit, I've been doing bad things, and I've been hurting many feelings just because of my attitudes. But, I will try to alter those deeds of mine so I'll be better in the eyes of others. I swear!:)

Christmas Highlight

"Oh holy night,

the stars are brightly shining,
It is the night
of our dear Savior's birth."

These were just some of the lines sung and heard during caroling period. Christmas was never forgotten. Ever since, it is the happiest, the most wonderful and the most awaited event of the year.

Christmas season formally starts on the 16th day of December that's why, Misa de Gallo and caroling period also begin. My friends and I started caroling on the 17th and we went to our neighboring municipalities. On the 23rd of December, we had our Christmas program at home. We served several foods and that night was really wonderful. In fact, we had our exchanging of gifts that made the party a very funny one. A day before Christmas, everyone was busy preparing for the Noche Buena. When the clock struck 10:00 pm, we went to hear the Misa Aguinaldo. After the mass, we went to our friends' houses and joined them in their Noche Buena.

These are my ways of spending my Christmas break. I really enjoyed every single moment I had during the previous year,2010.
